Foxy & Green Gifts packages are dispatched from Ireland and can be shipped within Ireland
and to specific countries worldwide

As COVID 19 spread, nationally and globally, there has been an increase in online shopping. These delays have presented issues such as delays in deliveries and restrictions in jurisdictions.  To serve you while also ensuring the safety of our service providers, estimated delivery times for some items may be longer than usual. Foxy & Green will follow the recommendations outlined by your local government when delivering and we advise that you observe any local government instructions.

How much are the shipping costs?

We use An Post for services in Ireland:

  • Ireland An Post (2-3 days) all orders under €70 flat rate of €6 applies
  • Orders over €70 and up shipping free - within Republic of Ireland.

Cancellations

Cancellations can be processed within 24 hours of the order being placed or at the discretion of Foxy and Green. 

How quickly will my order be processed?

We endevor to process orders as quickly as possible and if an item is in stock orders are shipped within 1 - 3 working days of the order being placed unless otherwise stated, we strive to process and ship all orders as soon as possible.  As we work with local crafters and makers their production rate can be slower at certain times of the year due to the handcrafted nature of their products.  You will be advised, via email, of any possible delays to your order.

You will receive an email of confirmation from Foxy & Green Gifts when your package is dispatched, which will include your order tracking number.  Your order tracking number will allow you to track the progress of your package and delivery.   In order to guarantee delivery, we recommend your parcel to be sent to an address where there will be someone to receive it between 9 am-5 pm as a signature will be required upon delivery. 

We aim to get your order shipped to you as quickly as possible.  We do not deliver to PO Boxes or APO addresses. During peak periods deliveries for specific days or times cannot be guaranteed.  Factors such as, but not limited to e.g. Christmas period, factors that increase global movement of goods, extreme weather conditions, and customs security delays are outside of our control. 

Not there when the delivery arrives

We make every effort to ensure every package is delivered to its destination on time. If the recipient is not at the address to receive the package.  Notification will be left at the residence and it will then be the recipient’s responsibility to contact the delivery company to arrange collection or delivery at another time. Failure to collect your delivery and result in any of the contents being unfit for consumption, the order is non-refundable.  It is the customer's responsibility to collect the package on time with full awareness of the temperatures and any sensitive contents.

Address Incorrect

If you are tracking your item and you notice an issue with your delivery such as customs issues, an incorrect address, or that the recipient cannot be reached, contact us as soon as possible and we will contact the courier.
