Returns 

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, gift cards, or magazines cannot be returned.   Due to the nature of the contents of the package, Foxy and Green Gifts is eligible for the 14-day “cooling off” return period.

Refund Policy

14 day return policy once the item is returned to Foxy and Green Gifts within this period.  If you wish to return an item please e-mail info@foxyandgreengifts.com - state the reason for returning the item and a return receipt and address label will be issued to you.  When the items are returned in the original state, with labels intact a refund will be issued.

Shipping issue

If there is an issue with shipping to your location please contact us at info@foxyandgreengifts.com.  The last dispatch date for delivery in Ireland, before Christmas is December 14, 2021.  We use An Post and cannot predict unexpected delays as a result of unforeseen issues outside our control, however, we will do all possible to ensure your delivery arrives with you as quickly as possible. 

Ownership and Risk

Ownership and risk of damage in the package pass to the client upon delivery to the client's specified delivery address.

Lost or Damaged Items

We do all possible to ensure that your package is delivered on time and not damaged.  We double each package prior to shipping to ensure that it is securely wrapped for the recipient prior to being shipped.  Unfortunately, we cannot supervise the treatment of your package during delivery until it reaches you. 

In the rare case that part of your order is damaged, during the shipping process, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your shipment. Please email us at the email address below including clear photographic evidence of the damaged products, packaging, and labels. We will be happy to assist you with any issues.

The validity of the claim will be determined at the sole discretion of Foxy and Green Gifts.   It is also important to understand that handmade products may have variations in their appearance which is the nature of handmade production.  In addition, handmade food products, such as chocolate, are delicate by nature.  Variations in the product do not mean the product is defective.  

If your package is returned to us because of an incorrect or invalid postal address due to your error, the package can be re-shipment following payment of an administrative and handling fee of €50 with a corrected address.
